The meeting was held with the participation of Andrey Golodny, President of the Humanitarian World Fund, as well as Polina Berten, the chief director of the Fund's events.
The agenda included discussion on the range of patriotic events dedicated to the anniversary. It is planned to create a large–scale project «The Battle of Kursk – 50 days and nights». It will include a series of events prepared by the Ministry of Culture of the Kursk region and its subordinate institutions.
The deputy governors noted that the joint work with the Fund will be effective and will give more opportunities for the implementation of ideas that will resonate with both residents of Kursk and guests of the region. They also pointed out that today it is especially important to preserve the historical memory of the homeland.
