On September 25, the premiere of «The Bugle. A Woman in the Shadow of a Huge Forest» took place. The performance was very warmly received by the audience. It was for the first time in history of the Kursk drama theatre that a solo performance was staged on the big stage! A difficult plot, a bold production and, most importantly, a magnificent performance by the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Elena Gordeeva turned into an amazing action.
The play by Kursk playwright Alexander Demchenko was directed by Iskander Sakaev from St. Petersburg. Costume designer – Natalia Fedorok, ( St. Petersburg), videographer – Yaroslav Morozov ( St. Petersburg), lighting designer – Denis Cherepanov ( Ufa).
The play will also be performed in October and November.
The Humanitarian World Fund thanks everyone who helped in the implementation of the project: the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the Ministry of Culture of the Kursk Region, the management of the Kursk Drama Theater named after A.S. Pushkin and personally the head of the literary and dramatic part Olga Lustik.
